Service Description

Individual guidance to support your journey through grief, using customized letter-writing prompts and relaxation techniques that help you process and heal from your unique experience of loss. We'll meet as many times as you feel you need to.

Cancelation Policy

If you need to reschedule your private appointment, please provide 48 hours notice. If you are unable to attend a course you've signed up for, please provide 24 hours notice before the first session to get a full refund. Thank you!
