THE STORY OF MY VOICE is a 4-week writing journey for anyone whose voice was ever shut down. The program offers you an outlet that incorporates deep relaxation and listening exercises, and teaches you storytelling techniques that help you bring empowerment to your own voice. You'll tell the story of your voice in the past, present, and future. You'll also learn to find the thread that runs through them, helping bring your story to an inspiring conclusion. Your voice is what helps you be and say who you wish to be in the world. It's never too late to bring it into the light if it needs a little help, and you get to author the story that offers just that. *Being a good writer is not a pre-requisite of this program, but it will probably improve your skills. What is necessary is a willingness to write about how you feel, and to be kind to yourself in the process. ❤️
